Medical Practice Organizer [TM], provides medical doctors with a powerful administrative extension for their practices.  In addition to basic patient scheduling, this program contains extensive built-in financial options  for physicians, such as the creation of  summary or detail statements, for any historical or current period.  

This program has a built-in Pop-up Alarm Option.  Once a callback time is entered on the bottom of an activity record for any one patient, the Pop-up Alarm will remind you of the 
time,  subject to a 'User defined warning', if  any, in minutes.

A running log for the appointments of any one day is kept in 'POPUP.TXT',  accessible  at option A in the 'Background' Options Menu.  The 'Background' Options Menu is available 
anywhere in the program by your entering the F1 key.

Using the Open or Pending Activity feature, Medical Practice Organizer  [TM] also tracks Laboratory Tests and Insurance Claim Processing.  To see this within the program,  please observe option two on the Main Program Menu:

This  self-contained,  fully functional evaluation master is for those America Online downloaders who wish  to  evaluate the  program for the first  time. Once downloaded,  this program will allow you to enter an unlimited number of records during your evaluation period. This version includes mouse support and is LAN-ready. Registered users receive a printed manual and a national zip code lookup file.  Registered users can order an optional upgrade for client-server networks or peer to peer networks.

After downloading all 5 parts, type DOC-X70 to extract files. Files will be extracted to \DOCTOR.ACS on the current drive (do not try to extract from/to floppy, it won't fit!). This path information is contained in the archive so you can't extract to another location. Type GO to run the install routine and then GO again to run the program once install is finished. Requires FILES=50, BUFFERS=15 in your CONFIG.SYS file. 

To run, enter: GO
